GCMBA Multiples Playgroup, suits 0 - 5 year olds
This monthly playgroup offers a safe, social environment for babies and younger children, with large padded play mats (and some limited toys) inside, giving new parents and caregivers of twins, triplets (and higher order multiples) an opportunity to connect with each other. And for the older kids, a secure outdoor area with playground, cubby house and toys allows them to expend some energy!
Our playgroup is a great opportunity to meet some fellow twin, triplet, and more families in a caring environment.
Exclusively for multiple birth families, and we welcome all siblings too!
WHEN: Thurs 27th (Normally held the 3rd Thursday of each month, but there's a change of date in March)
TIME: 9:30-11:30am (come along anytime in that period)
WHERE: Nerang Uniting Church, 5 Nerang River Drive, Nerang (in the right side hall, enter via main doors).
*Fully fenced playground, indoor air conditioned hall with kitchen facilities and toilets. Tea and coffee facilities are provided! There will be some bikkies etc to share. This is a free event & you do not need to be a financial member to come along.

Multiple Birth Awareness Week (MBAW) is a national campaign to raise awareness around, and draw attention to, the unique realities for multiple birth families in Australia - and how advocacy, positive education and engaged communities can contribute to enabling positive health outcomes for families with multiples.
In 2025, the theme for MBAW is: Make it a good start for multiple birth families.
This Multiple Birth Awareness Week we want to highlight that every Australian multiple birth family deserves a good start to their unique journey, ensuring they have the tools, support, and confidence they need to thrive. Because every family deserves a good start.
MBAW 2025: Sunday 16 March to Sunday 23 March.

Gold Coast Multiple Birth Association (GCMBA) is a not-for-profit association run by volunteers.
