It's time to get your Ranger gear on for MBAW! When: Sunday 22 March 2026, 9:30am-1:30pm Where: David Fleay Wildlife Park, 244-252 West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 What: David Fleay Wildlife Experience!! Bring your multiples for a morning of wildlife fun. Your family tickets includes entry to the park as well as an exclusive Wildlife Experience with the Queensland National Park Rangers.  *Exclusive Wildlife presentation at 10am.* Please arrive early to ensure entry prior. We will be gathering as a group for the presentation (30 min) and then can all catch up, and you will be able to explore the park at your leisure. Stay for a bit, or the entire day! Please note that this is a BYO event for food, drinks etc. Cafe also available on site. David Fleay Wildlife Park is home to many native animals. Strolling around the park is easy - there is lots of shade and stopping spots, it's safe for younger and older kids. (prams welcome & easy to navigate around the park) The animals are displayed in surroundings similar to their natural habitats. During a stoll around the park, you can find- - the endangered southern cassowary from the rainforests of North Queensland - the playful platypus - freshwater and estuarine (saltwater) crocodiles - the near threatened Lumholtz's tree- kangaroo - yellow-bellied gliders and endangered mahogany gliders - the wedge-tailed eagle - a variety of snakes ...... to name but a few. Bring a picnic and have a seat at one of the many spots avaliable to rest, or grab a bite to eat at the onsite cafe (hot & cold food avaliable, as well as coffee). It's going to be an amazingly fun morning for the kids, and a fabulous opportunity to socialise with other Multiple parents! GCMBA's Expectant Parents Information Session Join us for an information night for all parents who are currently expecting multiples. This session is an opportunity for you to get information about pregnancy, birth and 'what to do after' from other multiple parents who have been there and done that. Christmas time is just around the corner and we would like to invite you to celebrate the year with Gold Coast Multiple Birth Assoc. This year we are holding our Christmas Party at The Historic Rivermill, with exclusive use of The Barn for GCMBA attendees. Sunday, 7 December 2025 | 10:30am - 12:30pm | Free event for financial members. The Barn offers a unique and private environment (nestled beside the cafe) for an event that will combine fun, adventure, and a touch of nature. The Barn is a large indoor area - with plenty of room to play as well as an area for the little kids to sit on blankets and hang out.  Our Historic Rivermill Christmas experience will include, Feeding the farm animals - get up close and personal with the friendly alpacas & goats, a delightful hands-on experience for children to connect with these gentle animals in the beauty of natural surroundings. Face painting - children can choose from a variety of designs to transform into their favourite animal, character, or pattern, making the celebration even more magical and memorable. Jumping Castle - exclusive play, just for our party guests! Visit from Santa - as always SANTA will be visiting, so please bring a wrapped book for your little ones to receive a gift from Santa. Party Food - GCMBA will be providing morning tea (party food) & fruit platters for the kids. Please BYO drink bottles.    Please note - as this is an open area (water on the property) - all children will need to be supervised by their parents.
