GCMBA brings the Multiple community a Active and Healthy Kids program for 0 - 5 year olds in conjunction with My First Gym Robina.  Date: Monday 23 November 2020  8.30-9.30am 0-1 year olds ATTEND FREE designated floor area for blankets and parents to catch up, older siblings can use free play area whilst mums and bubs relax before their class.   9.30- 10.30am 1-3 year olds Ninja Warrior obstacle class parent assistance/ participation required. 10.30- 11.30am 3-5year olds Ninja Warrior no parent participation needed.  NOTE FOR THE MAMAS! Coffee is available next door at Alpine gym  Lots of room to park prams, the facility is gated and closed in very safe and secure, with air conditioning fridge and microwave for bottles if needed.  BYO snacks NUT FREE  Skills & Ninja class outcomes assist with: -Socialisation  -Stability  -Locomotor skills  -Self-confidence  -Introduction to Fitness  -Body Awareness  -Strength & loads of fun! With Christmas just around the corner, its time to get festive. Come and join us for a fun filled festive afternoon getting into the spirit over a Christmas Classic -  Home Alone. Your whole family is welcome to join. GCMBA turns 40 this year. 40 years of supporting and connecting families.  Come and join our connecting families parents night out and meet other parents of multiples.  When: Friday 6 November 2020 Where: Panchos Mexican Restaurant, Springbrook Road, Mudgeeraba Time: 7.00pm RSVP: 3 November 2020 Cost: Members: $5.00 per person for welcome drink and set menu.
